The story of Gaby's (named after the dog of Bryan Wilson, the project's founder) began on the banks of the Danube River. What started as a welcoming, intimate venue quickly became a landmark.
Success drove us to take on a new challenge facing the Mediterranean Sea. Along the way, Martín Candi joined us; he started in Budapest and today leads this venue together with Bryan.
In our third year, Gaby's Sitges is the reflection of a shared passion. We work to make every detail make a difference, so the experience always goes far beyond the food.

Over time, we’ve grown, but that hasn’t changed. Our burgers are made just the way our customers like them, weekend brunch is still one of our favourite moments, and our cocktails are designed to keep the conversation going for as long as you like.
